RK Series Heli-Bevel Gearboxes
Right-angle drive at helical efficiency and helical torque.
Helical-bevel gearboxes combining a spiral bevel stage with helical stages. They turn the drive through 90 degrees without the efficiency loss of a worm set, which is what makes them the choice for high-torque, continuously running right-angle drives.

Spiral bevel input stage
Lapped spiral bevel pair carries the turn with progressive tooth engagement and low noise.
Efficiency of a helical drive
Around 96 percent against roughly 70 percent for a high-ratio worm — a direct saving on connected load.
High torque density
More torque per unit of housing size than a worm box at the same centre distance.
Hollow shaft and shrink disc
Mount straight onto the driven shaft with a shrink disc or key, removing the base frame entirely.
Six mounting positions
Machined on multiple faces so the same unit suits the layout, not the other way round.
Heavy-duty sealing
Twin-lip seals and optional drywell for agitator and outdoor duty.
