What We Do
A gearbox is rarely the thing a plant wants to think about. It sits between a motor and a machine, and the only time it gets attention is when it stops. Our work is to make sure that conversation happens as rarely as possible.
That starts at selection. Most drive failures we are called to look at are not manufacturing faults — they are units chosen on price or on the last part number in the maintenance file, without the service factor the duty actually demands. So we ask for the load before we quote, and we say when a different family fits better, including when the cheaper one is the right answer.
The range is built to cover the whole train from one supplier. When the gearbox, motor, drive and coupling are specified together, responsibility for the result sits in one place — which matters most on the day something goes wrong.
